About Us

Mind Your Head exists for anyone who looks “fine” on the outside, but is fighting a quieter battle within.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been living with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. From the outside I appeared okay, but internally I was carrying a weight that never quite lifted — the Black Dog never too far away.

I was fortunate, though. Early in my life I found a form of therapy that didn’t come in words, but in movement. Sport — and more specifically triathlon — became my anchor. Moving, training, racing, or even just putting on my kit felt like armour against the internal battles I couldn’t always explain. It gave me purpose, structure, and something to aim for when everything else felt heavy and dark.

Those battles haven’t disappeared. I still have them. But I’m okay — and I also know that many people struggle far more than I ever have. That realisation stayed with me, and it became the reason Mind Your Head was created.

Mind Your Head is more than an apparel brand. It’s a way to support those who are struggling and to give back to the mental health charities doing incredible work every day. Through every purchase, a percentage of profits is donated to support mental health causes.

Every design carries a message of hope. Some are uplifting, some are honest, some are light-hearted — but all are created to remind people of their strength and resilience. Whether it supports the wearer or speaks quietly to someone passing by, each piece has the potential to start a conversation and help someone feel seen, understood, and less alone.

My aim is to build a movement — not just through what people wear, but by creating a space for connection, support, and openness. Mind Your Head exists to encourage, uplift, and remind us that none of us are alone in this.

If you’d like to be part of that movement, subscribe below for updates on new products, along with articles and resources focused on mental health and well-being. If you want to reach out, ask a question, or share your story, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.

Together, we keep moving — one step, one shirt, one conversation at a time.
